Design and Construct the Riverbank Retaining Wall

Tender 24-024

Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) invites contractors with extensive experience to design and construct a Riverbank Retaining Wall at Baillie St/Menadue St, Horsham.

The work under the contract includes but is not limited to:

1. Creation of schematic designs and construct, outlining
2. The design of the retaining wall
   
3. Construction of works in accordance with the schematic designs.
4. Follow all guidelines and requirements in Contractor's brief (Attached)
5. Documentation of all “For Construction” and “As Built” plans.
6. All permits, as applicable
7. Site security and safety
8. Clean-up and site remediation.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s Portal.

All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.

Questions relating to this tender will be answered until Monday 10 May 2024. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
