Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the demolition of the existing Broadwater, Gosford Library, and Associated Buildings.

Council is seeking to use the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation associated with this offer as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer. The projects will be split into two separable portions (as below) in accordance with AS2124 and will not be able to be conducted concurrently.

Separable Portion A Demolition of Broadwater & Associated Buildings (Commencing following contract execution).

Separable Portion B Demolition of the Gosford Library & Associated Earthworks (to commence once new Gosford Regional Library construction has completed and is operational).

A Non Mandatory pre tender meeting will be held Wednesday 24th April 2024. Meet 7:30am at Gosford City Library 118 Donnison Street Gosford, NSW, 2250. Tenders are requested to notify if you intend to attend via the tender forum.
