Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) are seeking a suitably qualified consultant/s support to assist in the development, consultation and implementation of respective Enterprise Agreements related to both the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Facilities Enterprise Agreement and Rural City of Wangaratta Enterprise Agreement.
Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking support in developing compliant and best practice Enterprise Agreements by:
- Engaging a consultant to assist in developing and negotiating the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic (WSAC) Enterprise Agreement, which is due to expire on 2 September 2024.
- As agreed during the bargaining process of the 2023 RCOW Enterprise Agreement. engage a consultant to consolidate the terms of the RCOW agreement prior to negotiating the 2026 EA.
