Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake an assessment of our Early Years Infrastructure to inform investment required to meet current and future service requirements. Manningham’s Community Infrastructure Plan 2023-2040 identifies a short-term priority to develop an Early Years Infrastructure Plan to support expansion of kindergarten reform and guide the future provision and investment into Early Years infrastructure throughout the municipality.
The plan is being delivered in two stages:
• Part A: Overarching document that outlines aim, objectives, guiding principles, Council role and includes a proposed assessment framework. Completed in March 2024
• Part B: An assessment of Early Years infrastructure in Manningham to determine demand priorities and to prepare a detailed implementation plan. The consultant will work in collaboration with Council to complete Part B.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disquality the relevant tenderer.
