Tender Description

Council seeks to appoint a qualified contractor who meets all conditions required to execute the full workscope of streetscape upgrade works at Woods & Lohse streets.

Project would lead to improved public paved areas around shops areas at Woods & Lohse streets. It will also improve pedestrian access between the shops and the upgraded parks being proposed in Stage 2 of Woods & Lohse streets upgrade.

Woods & Lohse streets Upgrade – stage 1 is the first phase of the planned revitalisation of Woods & Lohse streetscape including the adjoining Lohse Street reserve playground at Laverton.

Stage-1 works covered under this tender includes renewal of footpaths, laneways and the general paved areas around the shops at Woods and Lohse streets, construction of new garden beds, , supply and installation of street furniture and bike hoops among others. .
