Employee Assistance Program

⁠⁠⁠The Nature Parks is seeking suppliers suitably qualified and experienced, registered with the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australia (EAPAA) or providers for the effective and efficient services to support the department delivery of an employee wellbeing and support program that incorporates Employee Assistance, Manager Support and Critical Incident Response. The services are required for a period of 3 years with possible extensions.

The EAP service will provide advice and coaching for people leaders, including managers, supervisors, and executives on a variety of people management matters such as interpersonal conflict, leadership style, personal awareness, performance management, addressing difficult behaviours and mindsets, having supportive but difficult conversations, team building strategies, managing through change and psychological first aid.

The EAP service will provide evidence based, solution-oriented counselling where employees, volunteers, immediate family members and household members can access up to six, 1 hour support sessions per presenting concern, to be paid by the organisation with the option for approved additional sessions above this allocation.
