Tender Description

Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for construction works in the Town Hall café kitchen for future use as a Visitor Information Centre and back-office room.

The contractor is to provide the best, most efficient, cost-effective supply and installation for the site.

Following is the listed scope of works for the proposed invitation. The scope includes but is not limited to:

Removal of all wall linings in kitchen and wall next to counter, restraightening and replastering of walls, repairing suspended ceiling, removal of the counter and current cabinetry outside of kitchen, installing glass window with lock in existing opening.
All plastering and painting work as required.
Flooring main floor area and existing kitchen area including grinding. Supply and install new vinyl flooring and skirting, tiling new wet areas as required.
Supply and install feature panel.
A door installation for the office.
Clean-up and site remediation.
All workmanship will carry a guarantee of 12 months.
All manufacturers warranties will be transferred to HRCC upon practical completion.

RFQ closes at 12PM, Friday 19th April 2024

RFQ's must be and uploaded to the e-Procure Portal on Council’s website in one zipped folder
