Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the renewal of the canteen at Highett Pavilion, Turner Reserve.
The scope of works in this contract includes but is not limited to the following:
* Have Asbestos components itemised in Division 6 Audit attached removed by qualified contractor prior to works commencing
* Complete Strip out and fit out of all components within internal works zone
* New External Access to the Canteen
* Replace Floor including all floor structure (movement in the sub floor is evident)
* Supply and install all new appliances as specified
* Supply and Install new Grease interceptor as per Specification including associated landscaping
* Supply and install new extraction rangehood and supporting duct work to specification
