This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Supplier will provide the following key deliverables to the satisfaction of the Agency:
- Design and development of a Future State Participant Journey Map.
- Development of a series of templates and tools that streamline project interactions with the Participant Journey Map.
- Provide a comprehensive handover to the Agency’s Business Architect
The supplier will be available to attend virtual meetings as specified by the Agency.
