This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department is seeking to engage external service providers to enter into an arrangement to provide technical fraud control, investigation and compliance services.
The purpose of this procurement is to establish approval to approach the market once for all the services and enter into between 2- 4 work order contracts for Audit and Assurance Branch surge capacity services that can be accessed as and when required - commonly referred to as bulk work orders.
The service providers will provide staff resources to deliver the outputs and services outlined below under the direction/supervision of relevant Directors in Audit and Assurance Branch.
The procurement seeks to establish an arrangement with 2- 4 providers for delivery of a range of services and activities required to complete business activities within the branch. The exact number will depend on the number of vendors who meet the requirements to have the capacity and capability to deliver the requested services.
In order to deliver the key services within the Audit and Assurance Branch, the branch is requiring to procure the following:
- Fraud investigations, audits and compliance reviews - conducting investigations into suspected fraud
- Assessment services - providing forensics services relating to assessments and investigations relating to suspected fraud
- Fraud Control services - conducting fraud control activities
- Compliance services - conducting compliance activities in relation to the review of provider compliance with grant agreements, including forensic analysis of financial records and accounting systems, departmental programs, relevant legislation and regulations
- Digital Forensic and Forensic Accounting services
- Handwriting/voice analysis services
- Updating the fraud e-learning modules.
