Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced specialists in both Strategic Land Use and Community & Deliberative Engagement to assist with developing our Rural Residential Land Use Strategies & Urban Grown Strategy.
Quoters to provide lump sum price(Schedule 7) and also to provide lump sum BREAKDOWN outlining payment scheduling hold points for the Tender Evaluation Panel to review.
Prices quoted are to be INCLUSIVE of GST. Quoters are encouraged to check tendered pricing, as NO changes to tendered pricing will be accepted after tender closing date.
Strathbogie Shire works within Procurement Best Practice guidelines. All questions MUST be directed in writing through the online portal. Please do not ring the Council, as we are unable to discuss formal tenders or quotations while open.
Quotation submissions can be only lodged on line through the tendering portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy formal Quotations or Tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.
It is Strathbogie Shire's policy that Questions close 3 days prior to tender closing.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in schedule 7, will result in your tender not being evaluated.
- All Tender/Quotation Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
- Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
- We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
- All communications regarding the submission must be via the tendering portal using the Questions tab.
