Macedon Ranges Shire Council (Council) is seeking a suitable consultant to support the organisation to meet the requirements of the Local Government Act 2020.
Council aims to harness the views and involvement of a diverse community through the engagement design and delivery of appropriate messaging and methods.
In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020, Council has adopted a Community Engagement Policy that includes deliberative engagement practices capable of being applied to the review and development of the:
- Community Vision
- Council Plan
- Asset Plan
- Financial Plan, and
Council Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan (MHWP), including the Disability Action Plan, both of which will form an identifiable part of the Council Plan.
