Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Expressions of Interest from potential contractors, for the warm shell construction of a purpose-built integrated and multidisciplinary Community Health Centre, consisting of medical general practice, and allied health consulting rooms, nursing, and midwifery treatment rooms, and consult rooms, for clinical training purposes for ECU students, in Yanchep.
ECU is proposing to undertake a two-stage procurement process:
- Stage One Expressions of Interest to shortlist potential suppliers/contractors; and to be followed by
- Stage Two Request for Proposal Tender, with shortlisted contractors.
This project has some specific Mandatory requirements, which must be complied with, which will be confirmed through this EOI process.
This EOI will be followed by an RFP in July 2024, for successful respondents, with construction scheduled to commence in October 2024.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Building 1, 270 Joondalup Drive, Joondalup at 21 Mar, 2024 12:30 PM.
Site inspection to be held at the following location:
ECU Health Centre Yanchep, Project Site B, 15 Ikara Lane, Yanchep. 6035.
