MCC is seeking to procure industry best practice IT research and advisory services to assist council to research, plan and deliver insights into the most cost-effective solutions; and advise on which strategies, policy and technology can be used and how.
The selected Tenderer will play a pivotal role in guiding our organisation through strategic IT decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The advisory service must have global credibility within the IT Industry as a respected research and market insights authority and provide research and data products and tools, advisory services and peer networking opportunities under a subscription model. The service is expected to provide expertise across all aspects of information and communications technology.
The engagement will be for an initial three (3) year period with an option for up to two (2) extensions of 1 year each solely at MCC’s discretion, in accordance with this request for tender (RFT).
The Industry Best Practice Advisory Services provider will provide the following:
a. access to advisors to assist in the documentation of tenders and their requirements.
b. access to leading industry research and insights.
c. access to proven best practice documents.
d. access to peer benchmarks.
e. access to industry networking.
f. access to decision and diagnostic tools.
g. access to governance, service management, frameworks, templates, practical tools.
h. access to forums.
The subscription model must include flexibility for the group consuming your services. MCC may request suppliers conduct a presentation to showcase their offer.
