EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Domestic Builders (DB-U Registered)

The Old Colonists' Association Ballarat Inc. is a philanthropic charitable organization which provides affordable rental accommodation for individuals who meet specific criteria at Charles Anderson Grove, Lake Gardens. Through the support and assistance of philanthropic organisations and individual donors, the ability to upgrade two of the existing units at Retirement Village is coming to fruition.

Expressions of Interest to tender are sought from Domestic Builders (DB-U Registered). The project consists of the demolition of 1 building consisting of 2 independent living units and the construction of 1 new building consisting of 2 independent living units and associated landscape works and carports.

It is anticipated that tender documentation will be available 27th March 2024 with tenders closing Monday 6th May 2024.

Expressions of Interest must be emailed to the 'Project Coordinators' R & R Planning and Development Consultants Pty Ltd

admin@rrpdc.com.au and include details of company name, email and a brief outline of your experience.

Preliminary project documentation will then be emailed to you.
