The Parks Victoria uniform is arguably one of the most prominent and visible representations of Parks Victoria to the public. It is a strong branding tool that supports Parks Victoria’s vision of being “into nature to create a better Victoria”. It is important that staff wear their uniform with pride, and it is critical that the uniform is well designed, comfortable and meets all contemporary health and safety requirements.

Parks Victoria is now seeking a supplier who will support the transition of existing services and deliverables, plus:

•  Manufacture and /or supply a uniform and garments that satisfies corporate, field staff and volunteer requirements, and is considered fit for purpose.
•  Supply warehousing and logistics services.
•  Satisfy all of Parks Victoria’s uniform safety and operational needs, whilst maintaining brand standards.
•  Distribute orders to all of Parks Victoria office and depots.
•  Provide dedicated ranges rather than “unisex” solutions.
•  Provide a “made to measure function” (for non-standard needs).
•  Supply appropriate warranties and returns.
•  Secure non-standard items to be included in the offer (boots, thermals, etc).
•  Identifies a “whole of life approach” for uniform – from sourcing of materials through to re-use / disposal.
•  Minimize Greenhouse Gas impacts and adopts sustainable practices.
•  Offer or manages embroidery and screen-printing services for the supply of badges / uniform insignia.
•  Provide an online ordering solution which could integrate with Parks Victoria Oracle and authentication systems and supports employee self-service and approval processes.
