Strategic Partner Arrangement

⁠⁠⁠The Agency was established on 1 September 2022 and is seeking ad-hoc management advisory support (strategic partners) to continue to establish the Agency. The Agency has identified a number of short term deliverables however additional ad-hoc deliverables may arise during the term of the contract. The strategic partners will be required to work with business areas within the Agency to implement these projects.

Deliverables will include, but are not limited to:

• Workforce planning consultant (development of a workforce plan, including associated career pathways/training).
• Graphic designer(s) (design and development of crisis reporting templates and products).
• Web designer (SharePoint design).
• Artificial Intelligence model development (to deliver a set of tools which deliver capability and insights eg delivery of change detection capability which analyses satellite or LIDAR imagery to identify damage and/or rebuild following a disaster).
• Financial acumen (including Cost Modelling Services, CFO advisory, assurance and integrity measures, policy).
• Guidance on development and implementation of policy/program reform (how to transition existing policy and program structures or models to improved structures or models with stakeholders).
• Review and design of governance arrangements including those for program delivery and grant programs.
• Develop and implement an organisational structure model including undertaking an agency resource gap analysis.
• Review and develop a sustainable whole-of-agency operating model.

The Service Provider is also required to:

• identify any subcontractors nominated to provide the services and their role in the delivery of the services;
• disclose any conflicts of interest it would have with the delivery of the Services;
• include any information in its respond that it requests to remain confidential.
