Bollard Replacement and Repair Program - Fremantle Ports Inner Harbour
Fremantle Ports is requesting proposals to execute its berthing bollard replacement and repair program at its Inner Harbour in Fremantle.
This is intended to be a 2-stage process whereby Respondents may be selected from the RFP process to progress to an expedited select / restricted Tender process. The intent is to gain sufficient information during the RFP process to simplify and expedite the final award stage. The contract resulting from the Tender process will be a design and construct agreement according to scope executed over a potential 24-month term.
To encourage quality and detail of first round responses and to mitigate second stage cycle time, Fremantle Ports reserves the right to accept first round proposals direct to contract.
Delivery of this project is dependent upon Government of Western Australia budget approval (expected in April / May 2024) and Fremantle Ports' Board final approval.
MANDATORY RFP BRIEFING: 1:30PM WST on Friday 23 February 2024
Optional site visit can be arranged for which full PPE and MSIC will be required.
Respondents wishing to attend the RFP briefing must contact the Buyer nominated for this tender, prior to 2:00PM WST on Wednesday 21 February 2024.
