Provision of the SafeZone Smart Phone Duress Application and Associated Security Monitoring Services

In 2023 the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman (the FWO) conducted a proof-of-concept trial of the Seller's SafeZone Secuity System under a contract between the Seller and the Australian Taxation Office. The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking to establish its own contract with CriticalArc for provision of the Seller’s SafeZone Security System (SSS) including the SafeZone Application (the SafeZone App) and security monitoring services.

Attached is the proposed work order that incorporates the FWO's requirements and the Seller's fees as negotiated as part of the proof-of-concept trial. The work order is issued under the attached Master Agreement and the Additional Comprehensive Terms that the Seller agreed to on 1 July 2019 with the Digital Transformation Agency under the Digital Marketplace.

In response to this RFQ the Seller is required to review the proposed Work Order and mark up any proposed changes to the Work Order using track changes and add comments to explain their amendments for review and acceptance at the discretion of the FWO.

The Seller should note that the terms DTA's Master Agreement and Additional Comprehensive Terms that the work order is issued under cannot be changed.

The Seller's compliance with the proposed Work Order will be evaluated to ensure that it represents value for money.
