This tender is for a building contractor to undertake upgrades works at the following locations:

Area A - Wunderlich Street, (Part) Block 1 of Section 181 Gungahlin, ACT.

The contractor will be engaged to renovate and reconfigure the existing amenities at Area A. The current toilets, picnic and landscape areas will be demolished to make way for new toilet and picnic facilities. The existing steel and block wall structure will also be partially demolished to integrate the new work with the existing park landscape.

Area B – Phyllis Ashton Court & Strayleaf Crescent. (Part) Block 1 of section 181 Gungahlin, ACT.

The plan is to refurbish and upgrade the current landscape in Area B. The primary focus of this site is landscape design, which includes relocating and refurbishing the existing furniture and bike stands, upgrading the pavement, and adding new proprietary furniture.

Area C – Bizant Street. (Part) Block 1 of Section 105 Amaroo, ACT.

Area C involves renovating the current outdoor area by creating new shaded picnic spots and adding accessible toilet facilities. This will involve the removal of existing landscape structures, furniture, and BBQ equipment. The existing services will be used for the new additions. The renovation will include two new shaded picnic areas, one accessible toilet facility, and an upgraded landscape. Additionally, the current car parking spaces will be marked to designate accessible and standard parking bays.
