The City is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to provide the service of leasing Christmas Trees for use in specific public areas within the City of Perth. Each year the City hosts the Christmas Light Trail featuring numerous themed illuminated displays situated at key locations within the CBD and Northbridge. An integral part of the Trail is the City's Christmas Tree located in Forrest Place.

In addition to other displays, the City also hosts a Christmas themed display in the ground floor foyer of Council House, St Georges Terrace.

The City's strategy is to build on and enhance the City's existing Christmas decorations that will continue to encourage visitors to the City during the festive season.

The Contract is intended to be for a three (3) year period (Christmas 2024, 2025 and 2026).
