Overview
DevelopmentWA is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced Western Australian artists or artist-led teams to deliver a landmark integrated public artwork for the Roe Street HAFF project, a 30-storey Build-to-Rent development providing affordable and social housing within Perth City Link.
Purpose
The commission is funded through the State Government Percent for Art Scheme.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design of a large-scale artwork integrated into the building's exposed concrete lift core facade
- Incorporation of mural elements into the artwork
- Incorporation of architectural lighting elements into the artwork
- Project management of the artwork commission
- Fabrication of the artwork
- Installation of the artwork
Eligibility
- Open to experienced Western Australian artists or artist-led teams

- Artwork budget of $710,000 (excluding GST)
