Tender Description
The Shire of Central Goldfields is seeking submissions from a suitably qualified consultant or consortium of consultants to develop detailed designs for the renewal of three Heritage Town Halls in Carisbrook, Dunolly and Talbot. While Dunolly Town Hall is the only asset in the package that is on the Victorian Heritage Register, it is expected that the others (Carisbrook and Talbot) as treated in a similar manner to conserve their heritage elements appropriately.
The Contract will be undertaken in 3 stages which include 6 milestones.
All prospective tenderers are required to attend mandatory site visits on Wednesday the 7th of February 2024.
