Indigo Shire Council in North-East Victoria is seeking proposals from reliable and cost-effective Fire Equipment Service Contractors for a period of three (3) years, commencing 1 March 2024, expiring 28 February 2027 (subject to review on expiry of an initial probation period).
Quotations are called for from Licensed Fire Equipment Testing Contractors interested in providing 6 monthly inspections for Council in accordance with the Scope of Works detailed in Section10 f the attached Request for Quotation document.
Contractors are required to provide costings for 6 monthly testing at the nominated sites, annual condition reporting of all equipment at the nominated sites and individual rates as per table provided. The Contractor is to supply all necessary materials, equipment, labour and documentation to complete the work outlined within this brief.
Contractors will be engaged under a Council’s standard Purchase Order terms, included at the end of this document.
