Southern Grampians Shire Council seek to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform Building Asset Condition Assessments of 41 council owned buildings and Revaluation of 183 Council owned building assets.
Council will accept tenders for either element, being the building condition assessment or the building valuations or tenders for the total specification.
