Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the development of a Mobile Waste Management Application for its kerbside collection services.

The application should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms and should be a public application. It should include all key features for Public and HRCC enlisted below. Layout of these features shall be designed in consultation with HRCC during the development phase. The developer should also take into consideration a trial/testing period for the application to fix any bugs or glitches before the public rollout.

It is anticipated this project will commence Friday, 9 February 2024

This project must be completed no later than Monday, 1 April 2024.
