Qualified contractors are invited to submit Request for Tender for the construction of Infrastructure Works at Scone Memorial Airport, including a Workshop, Eight (8) Hangars for private aircraft and a Bellman Hanger for ancillary use for the Hunter Warbirds and Hunter Fighter Collection. The work also includes demolition of existing NDB Towers, all site civil and earthworks, stormwater, drainage, taxiways and signage where required.

Prospective tenderers must:

- be qualified and have the demonstrated capability to deliver the project by the Council's desired completion date;

- possess Financial Level F20;

- have substantial experience with similar work

- attend a mandatory Pre-Tender face-to-face briefing session at Scone Airport.

The successful applicant is to provide construction management services under a "Construct Only" contract and will be selected through a one stage procurement process. This phase will be governed by a Request for Tender (RFT) issued to applicants followed by a detailed evaluation process.

A face-to-face mandatory pre-tender meeting for prospective applicants will be held on Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 1pm, at Scone Airport Conference Room.
