• Multiple scores for candidates
• Ranking for candidates
• Training for users of the system
• Time zone features (formatting in local time)
• Unlimited interviews (no cap)
• Unlimited users
• 24x7 candidate and recruiter support with provider
• Business Hours support for client/recruiter users with provider
Psychometric Testing – Cognitive Ability, Personality and Emotional Intelligence
Direct access to the platform including but not limited to:
• Integration to Success Factors
• Support and hosting directly with provider
• Client and candidate technical support directly with provider
• Systems training directly with provider
• Access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager and Consulting Psychologist
• Psychology Support can include:
- Tailored virtual webinar training, incorporating bespoke content and positions
- Customized stakeholder education sessions
- Role-specific score ranges
- Support with ROI and Validation studies
