Expressions of Interest are sought by the Australian International Academy, from suitably qualified builders with experience in construction of school Projects ranging from SSM to $30M.

Applicants may be invited to participate in the tender process for the following forthcoming project:

Stage 4-Senior Four Storey Building

Construction of a new four storey building comprising 16 learning spaces, breakout and seminar spaces, specialist performing arts area. amenities, library, staff facilities. and external landscape spaces.

Qualified builders are to include in their submissions a company profile including information on their technical and financial capability to undertake the work together with references from previous projects of similar nature undertaken within the last 3 years.
