Tender Description
The Town commonly undertakes a range of activities across numerous disciplines in order to manage and renew assets.
The Invitation will result in a Panel of Suppliers who from time to time will be requested to perform defined services via a purchase order process.
The Invitation to Apply will result in a Panel Agreement with a Panel of Suppliers who from time to time, will be requested to perform defined services.
The Construction Professionals Panel will contain the following Categories:
• Architects
• Civil Engineers
• Structural Engineers
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical Engineers
• Quantity Surveyors
• Geotechnical Engineers
• Project Managers
• Landscape Architects
• Traffic Engineers
• Report Writing Consultants
Respondents will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability, and experience to provide the required services to the Town.
Services will be required during Normal Working Hours and outside of those hours in some circumstances. For the purposes of this Panel Agreement, Normal Working Hours shall be 0700 to 1700 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Weekend and public holidays will be at request and submission should reflect penalties incurred for outside of Normal Working Hours.
Respondents may apply to be appointed to the Panel, demonstrating their suitability and if required, qualification and experience for the respective Categories.
Respondents may apply, and be acknowledged, as representing more than one Category.
To qualify for inclusion on the Panel, Respondents are required to respond completely to this Invitation to Apply and be evaluated to be a Pre-Qualified Supplier.
