Parks Victoria is seeking a multi-disciplinary landscape design consultant team to provide concept and detailed design services for infrastructure at the You Yangs Regional Park and Serendip Sanctuary.

The purpose of this brief is to provide consultants with the background information required to support the submission of a Tender for planning and design development of infrastructure at the You Yangs Regional Park and Serendip Sanctuary.

Key outcomes of the assignment are the development of plans:

• Site layout plans
• Concept designs
• Detailed designs
• Invitation for Tender documentation
• Construction Assistance services
