Tender Description
Bulloo Shire Council is seeking the services of suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply and deliver bitumen seal services from chainage 135.85 -Ch140.85 of QuilpieThargomindah Rd.
The primary objectives of the Principal in inviting the Request for Tender are:
• to obtain value for money;
• to ensure open and effective competition;
• to ensure timely and efficient supply delivery to all Principals;

Background Information
• The proposed works are located on Quilpie-Thargomindh Rd in the Bulloo Shire and is approximately 47 km from Thargomindah. The Quilpie-Thatgomindah Road is 60.87 km long under TMR, with only 7.2 unsealed sections throughout
• Sidetrack construction and TGS will be implemented by BSC prior to sealing works. The Contractor is responsible for traffic management and maintaining traffic control devices during its construction period.
