Provisionally Registered Teacher (PRT) Grants Program Administration

⁠⁠⁠The department is seeking a supplier to administer the Provisionally Registered Teacher (PRT) Grants Program. The initial term of the contract is 12 months with 3 x 12 months options to extend, which will involve the establishment of scalable grant administration processes, data recording and reporting and administration of the grant acquittal process. Potential future contract terms (up to an additional 3 years) will involve ongoing administration of the program, including refinements determined through analysis of the robust data collected.

Briefings

A briefing session will be held at digital submission via the DE Oracle Supplier Portal (https://enyw.fa.ap1.oraclecloud.com/), Victoria, Australia, on 12 December 2023 10:30 am.

Notes: A briefing session is planned for this Invitation. The briefing session is designed to give the Department the opportunity to: • guide Invitees through the Invitation documents; • clarify the overall scope and intent of the Invitation; and• receive questions that Invitees may have in regard to the Invitation documents. A Probity Advisor will be in attendance to assist with the compliance to probity requirements. Location: Online via Microsoft Team (log-in details will be provided via email once attendance is confirmed). Attendance is not mandatory. However, it is recommended that the invitee attend the session to adequately inform themselves of the scope of requirements.
