Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with landscaping experience and relevant VBA Registration to undertake all works associated with the construction of a children’s play area at the Warracknabeal Children’s Centre for the newly constructed 3-Year-Old Kindergarten facility.
The scope of this work encompasses multiple landscaping and construction components (including all labour and materials); with a brief summary of the works to be undertaken being:
- Timberwork (log seats, vertical timber logs, sleepers)
- Masonry & Stonework (crazy paving, pebble creek bed, rock boulders)
- Fencing (powder coated steel fencing installation)
- Irrigation (for garden beds and lawn areas)
- Garden Beds (preparation, planting of trees, shrubs and groundcovers, mulching)
- Lawn (preparation, installation, establishment)
- Maintenance (soft landscape works).
The Landscape Specification and related design documents have been prepared by Laimiga Design Studio.
The budget for this project is $200,000 (excluding GST).
