Clarence Valley Council is seeking the services of an appropriately qualified and licensed design and construction team to prepare detailed design documentation and then the execution of the construction phase for 3 sports field located in the Clarence Valley - (Barnier Park, Junction Hill; Rushforth Park, South Grafton; Yamba Rugby league, Yamba), Suitable field drainage is required to achieve a more resilient playing surface which will be playable soon after inclement weather.

This design and construction project will also need to include improved localized overland stormwater drainage at Hawthorne Park (Grafton), through improvements to the existing drainage system and the addition of appropriately sized/designed piped drainage under existing access road.
