Tender Description
The Department of Government Services (DGS) is releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Security Services across over 150 Victorian Government departments, agencies, and entities. The outcome of this tender will be a refreshed supplier panel under the State’s Security Services State Purchase Contract (SPC).
The scope of this RFT includes:
- Static guarding
- Mobile patrols
- Alarm monitoring
- Alarm response you have any questions about the briefing, or the tender itself, you
- Mail Scanning
Ad hoc services (event security, remote locations, crowd control events, and additional and surge capacity)

Tenderers should be aware that this procurement is subject to the Supplier Code of Conduct, Local Jobs First Policy, Fair Jobs Code, and Social Procurement Framework. Tenderers must hold a Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate prior to submitting their offer and be listed on the public Pre-Assessment Certificate Register.
