Aged Care Payroll Review

⁠⁠⁠The project objective is to calculate the amount of underpayment liability to relevant employees, including those subsequently terminated, associated with Council’s aged care, services area, for the following elements:

- Wages and salaries payment liability

- Superannuation Guarantee payment liability

- Net adjustment required to leave and TOIL/RDO entitlements.

Calculation of any potential additional Income Tax liability is not within the scope of this project and this is a matter for individual employees to manage. Council may be required to reissue. relevant payment summaries and it will be Council’s responsibility to undertake that work if required.
