Tender Description
Cloncurry Shire Council invites interested parties to submit tenders for nine (9) leases of new residential accommodations that are currently in development on Perkins and Railway Streets, Cloncurry. Council’s objective is to secure long-term leases for each of these properties.
Individual leases will be granted for each lease area and Tenderers may apply for one or more of these leases.
