REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (RFEOI)

Cloncurry sits at the heart of North West Queensland — a thriving freight and logistics hub, and an essential Service Centre for both agriculture and mining. Nestled amidst rich pastoral lands and mineral resources, Cloncurry has begun to emerge from its pioneering roots into a town in full growth mode, brimming with investment, energy, and opportunity.

Council is now inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the future use of the William Presley Place (WPP), Curry Kids and adjacent vacant land.

After Council has received responses, Council intends to prepare a short list from the persons who responded to the invitation for EOI's and request written tenders from those persons pursuant to section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (LG Reg)
