DTP Building Energy Management System EOI

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Transport and Planning is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies to participate in a tendering process that will deliver an Energy Management System to a portfolio of 18 office buildings. 11 of these buildings are in Metropolitan areas, and 7 are in rural areas.

The successful tenderer will be contracted to run a pilot of their proposal in two of the buildings over a 12-month period.

At the end of this period, if the system has delivered improvements to Energy Management at these sites, and demonstrated an acceptable return on investment, it will be deployed to the rest of the building portfolio for an initial three-year period, with two options to extend.

Open Date of EOI: 17/11/2023

Closing Date of EOI: 3:00 pm 15/12/2023

All EOI submissions must be submitted through Buying for Victoria on the aforementioned Closing Date.
