Tender Description
Council is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Utilities, Energy & Emissions Management Software that includes Billing & Reporting Tools. Council is committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility having set ambitious carbon / emissions reduction targets which it must monitor, manage and report against, hand in hand with financial reporting and management.
This software must provide storage of varied data streams and centralise the management of council’s utility bills, report on resource use and associated carbon emissions enhancing financial and emissions monitoring and reporting.
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in Tender Search. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
