This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Border Force (ABF), as Australia’s customs service and border enforcement agency, and the Department of Home Affairs (Department) are contributing to the Governments Simplified Trade System (STS), a simpler, more efficient and digitized trade framework. The STS reform agenda is an opportunity to modernize so trade can grow while we better protect the community and support the whole-of-government STS agenda.
The ABF requires one (or several) Service Providers to deliver the scope of services by first demonstrating experience in a similar delivery environment and by nominating individuals with experience, expertise and capability to undertake the services required.
It is expected that the ABF will engage the Service Provider under a Time and Materials contract for the duration of the engagement to 30 June 2024 with an option for an additional 6 months expiring on 31 December 2024 and negotiate for one or several nominated resources, and oversight, to undertake specified work to support the STS reform program. The response should include “rate card” against the skill set nominated.
