Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works of this project involves the internal and external refurbishment of a building a Holsworthy Barracks.

Works include, but are not limited to, refurbishment of the ablutions and kitchenette, replacement of LED lighting, floor finishes and damages ceiling tiles, repairs to external handrails and palling tiles to access ramps and stairs, removal and remediation of asbestos containing material, removal of a redundant air-conditioning unit, and internal and external patch and painting.
