Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide Wyndham West Open Space Maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the specification.

The objective of the Service is to maintain garden beds and grass in open space and road reserves in the urban areas of Wyndham West. Optional services may be added as the contract matures.

The Service Provider must provide all management, administration, labour. Including vehicles, safety equipment, tools, materials, insurances, telephone calls, overheads and profit for carrying out all of the activities detailed in the specification.

This Contract is a lump sum with a schedule of rates component, and Council does not provide any guarantee in respect of the amount, mixture or types of Works that may be required under the Contract.
