Background
546 George Street is a five-level building including Ground Level. Commonwealth Bank occupies the ground level, Evolution tenant occupies levels one, two, three and four. Air conditioning in this building is at the end of its asset life cycle and has been performing extremely poor in recent years leading to constant service calls to our maintenance team.
Project Overview
Design and construct a like for like replacement of the existing end of life HVAC and installation of a new BMCS for 546 George Street building, Sydney NSW 2000.
