Tender Description
The aim of this project is to review the outstanding recommendations from the previous Gippsland Regional Sports Complex (GRSC) Stage 2 business case to determine what the development of Stage 2B will look like and understand what role the facility will play for the provision of athletics in the region. The key components of the project will be split into two schedules:
Schedule one:
• Stage 2 business case review
• Cost comparison natural grass vs synthetic athletics track
• Concept designs.
Schedule two:
• Schematic designs
• Quantity Surveyors
