Tender Description
WELCOME to the University of Sydney Open Expression of Interest (Project ID: WS1442356408).
The University invites you to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) request for Curriculum Management and Related Technology. The University is interested in the advancements that have been made by relevant suppliers in the provision of curriculum management and related technologies.
CONTEXT:
Under its new Sydney in 2032 strategy, the University has initiated a wide-ranging program of work - the Sydney Curriculum Program - to drive reform and simplification of its curriculum and to transform its curriculum-related policies, processes and systems.
The program aims to develop a whole-of-institution approach and implement a comprehensive solution (or suite of solutions) to better support and enable our curriculum design, management, and governance processes.
The program brings together key initiatives into a holistic program that seeks to:
- Enhance the quality of education and experiences for both students and staff.
- Improve the University's agility and responsiveness in light of rapidly changing market demands.
- Enrich the student experience, foster teaching innovation, and enhance the capabilities of faculties and University schools.
Curriculum Management technology will be a key enabler for the transformation of curriculum-related policies, processes and practices. The University aims to move from manual processes and its existing technology landscape of partial or tactical solutions to an enterprise curriculum management system and related digital solutions (for example, digital handbook and course planners) that integrate to enable:
- Enhanced curriculum structures and governance
- Improved efficiency and streamlined processes
- Reduction in manual effort
