Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (MPSC) invites expert management companies to submit a proposal for the Management and Operation of The Shire's 5 (five) Recreation and Aquatic Centres that will meet the health and wellbeing needs of the community and our visitors. Tender briefing and site visits are scheduled - while attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged.

The 5 sites are:

• Yawa Aquatic Centre - 100 Besgrove Street, Rosebud
• Pelican Park Recreation Centre - 2 Marine Parade, Hastings
• Crib Point Outdoor Pool - 31 Governors Road, Crib Point
• Civic Reserve Recreation Centre - 350 Dunns Road, Mornington
• Somerville Recreation Centre - 14 Edward Street, Somerville

MPSC is looking to create a strong, collaborative partnership with a service provider that can deliver the objectives and key outcomes of the contract. The vision for this service is:

- To provide Mornington Peninsula residents and visitors with health, aquatic, leisure and sports facilities and activities that are safe, accessible and of a high quality to enhance the general health and wellbeing of the MPS community

- Maximise Participation through innovative programs with a focus on non-traditional facility users and minority groups

- Foster and encourage sustainability practises across all facilities

- Provide exceptional customer experiences for all visitors
