Qualified contractors are invited to submit Request for Tender for the construction of Mamre Road upgrade between the M4 Motorway, St Clair and Erskine Park Road, Erskine Park project. This work consists of the construction of a new four lane divided road extending about 3.8 kilometres including two bridge size culverts.

Prospective tenderers must:

• be prequalified with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Category R4 for roadworks and B2 for bridgeworks.

• possess Financial Level F75

• have substantial experience with similar work.

• Attend a mandatory Pre-Tender face-to-face briefing session.

 The successful applicant is to provide construction services under a "Construct Only" contract and will be selected through a one stage procurement process. This phase will be governed by a Request for tender (RFT) issued to applicants followed by a detailed evaluation process.

A face-to-face briefing session for prospective applicants will be held on Wednesday 1 November 2023 at 2pm at 4 Parramatta Square, Parramatta. The session will run for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours. Attendance at the briefing session is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Register your interest in attendance by RSVP by 2pm on Monday 30 October 2023 to the Project Manager Jan Haddad via the email listed below with the details of attendees (i.e. full name, title, email address, company, ABN and mobile contact number – limited to 2 attendees per applicant).

This project is fully funded by the NSW State Government.

All applicants must comply with the New South Wales Government's Code of Practice for

Procurement (NSW Code) and the New South Wales Government's Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).

Request for Tender applications will close on Thursday, 7 December 2023 at 2.30pm and must be lodged via NSW Government eTendering website.
