Bayside City Council is seeking an experienced consultancy to determine and document detailed requirements for the procurement and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
These requirements will form a key part of the tender specification to which CRM suppliers and implementation partners will be asked to respond. Clear requirements are key to assuring effective tender response evaluation and the selection of a solution and implementation partner that will deliver on the expectations of the Council.
This competitive bid is a schedule of rates.
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" and not to any individual Council Officer. The cut-off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
